If there were 0 stars I would give this store that. First when we went into the store the lady helping us, Joann, told us that the Vera Wang bridesmaids dresses we were looking at were very expensive and asked us how much money we all made in a year. I was absolutely appalled. I could not believe Joann even had the nerve to ask our annual income when she just could have asked what our budget looked like. The dresses have the prices on them so we knew how much the dresses cost! We left and decided to come back when we could get someone else to help us. We ordered our dresses and all was great. I needed a different size so I went to get it and it was extremely wrinkled. The lady helping me said they could get it steamed in 2 days and I could come back to get it then. When I went to alterations the lady tried to have me wait 2 weeks for the dress which left it 2 days before the wedding. I told her I was going out of town and she told me I could come get it in 3 days. Circumstances came up and I could not go pick it up so I had my sister get it for me. When she got there she unfortunately had to deal with Joann. Joann told her the dress was not there and the bride nor I was in their system. When I called and spoke with Joann about the situation she told me my sister was incompetent because she did not tell her the dress was being steamed. Instead of looking in the different departments for my dress she blew her off and told her there was nothing she could do. She began to get VERY upset with me when I asked her why she told her the dress was not there. She started to raise her voice at me so I just asked when the General Manager would be there so I could talk to her. She gave me her name and told me good luck and nothing was going to be done to help me to better understand. This lady has absolutely NO customer service skills and should not be dealing with people who are supposed to be having the best time of their lives. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION.
