5 years too many

After 5 years of fair care from Dr. David Dunn, where I put up with a front office secretary who acted bored and unwilling to do ANYTHING other than pick up the phone, I had a traumatic experience with him involving some poor decisions (I've since discovered with a new dentist) that resulted in a major sinus infection, crown/bridge work that could have been completed more effectively without pulling teeth, and the most disappointing of all. Very clearly my dentist was angry with me because he was not paid fully for my dental work since my insurance company had already paid him for the same teeth. On my last visit, I was treated with disrespect, sarcasm, and a needle that was literally jabbed in my mouth until I saw stars. Even the assistant said as he walked out, "He can be kind of a bully sometimes." To say the least, a professional he is clearly not.
