Do not use Dallis Pullam for anything. He will not provide an itemized receipt of the cost of repairs to fix a water heater, which was my situation. When I requested one he said that he didn't have to provide one (you do), and when I requested it again he became angry and asked his helper to remove the new heating elements and put back the old ones. This guy is a crook. He overcharges everything and you can't understand a word he is saying. Run away. Do not use him. I wished I never used the guy.
