I used this collection agency to collect a judgment I had for $3,400 that I won on Jan - 2015 but I could not collect anything from the dead beat! I used 2 other companies that did not do anything for me except make me wait 3 month or more each and never even gave me a call until I called and they informed me they could not help me. Very frustrating but I was lucky on the third try I found Cross Recovery and my agent Dave was excellent in keeping me informed and they finally helped me get my Money!
