I came to New Comet Gas the other day and I received prompt service, It is a step back in time the way they treat there customers, its kind of nice to see now days. Thank you guys

This business is horrible. Their customer service is lacking to say the least. We dropped our RV off there for repairs to be made on our mounted propane tank. They kept it for 2 days and phoned us to pick up our "fixed" unit. After arriving we inspected our RV and could visually see that things were touched that didn't involve the propane tank AT ALL! And they didn't even touch the AGREED UPON REPAIRS! When my husband and I asked what the reason was as to why our unit wasn't fixed we were escorted to our RV by a drunk employee who proceeded to guide us to the wrong RV first then as we found ours proceeded to explain why he had to override the ignition switch in our GENERATOR!!!!! Why did they touch our generator it has NOTHING to do with our propane!!! This really angered us and we demanded some explanations immediately. The employee started to become irate and threatening. We called the Aurora Police Department who came on site and stated to us they've been out numerous times due to this drunk employee, who we later found out, is the owners son. The office staff had taken the drunk employee "home" when they found out we called the cops?!?! Sounds shady to me. The police couldn't do anything as this is civil matter. The owner and the office manager both stated they were in the wrong by allowing this employee to work on our unit and no idea as to why the agreed upon repairs were not made but had no solution to this matter or the time and money my family has lost due to their negligence. The drunk employee rewired our generator by bypassing a main fuse which has made our generator non stop unless we unhook it. It's a $1000 to have it fixed now, when in fact it had not been broken prior to us leaving our unit in their care. We tried to communicate with them privately, through the BBB ( they're under Comit Gas Co Inc), and now we are currently in small claims proceeding with them. Don't go here!!!
