I had a pair of heels replaced and the work was very sloppy on one pair (light tan shoe). The cobbler got dark brown polish on one of the heels and did not bother to try to remove it. The cost was very expensive as well. I will never go back and will NEVER recommend.

Went to pickup shoe repair and saw note on door said "Be back at 1:00pm" I came back after 1:00pm and note said "Be back at 4:00pm. Came back at 4:15pm and waited until 4:55pm and still a "no show". This type of customer service is unacceptable so I will not be a repeat customer because of this. They should have just said Closed for the day so people would not be inconvenienced by waiting for them to open.
