The parking is not good, very icy i slipped and feel on the mounds of ice out front of the store. Embarrassing and hurt

Absolutely horrible 1st experience will never go back. It takes a lot to make me complain HOWEVER when you do ILLEGAL actions and claim they are legal I have a very very low tolerance for it. Like most customers now a day in 2015 I don't carry much if any cash. I have a debit card it is a much safer form of payment. The purpose of a debit card is to act as a form of cash without the danger. And the government and the credit card processing companies treat it that way. I know, I worked for one for over a year. On the way home my boyfriend texted me to grab some wine to cook with for a recipe. No problem. Obvioulsy I wanted an inexpensive option we're cooking with it not drinking it. I buy a cheap $3 bottle of wine to cook with and when I go to hand my debit card to pay for it, he said I had to spend $6 -- a pretty high credit card minimum for a store that 1/2 the products are priced less than that. I explained I only had $1 of cash. And I don't need nor want anything else. He kept asking if I wanted shots NO I DONT want any freaking shooters it's Thursday I run a company I am not getting "white girl wasted" tonight, nor do I want to. I just wanted 1 simple bottle of wine nothing more or less. Knowing that the reason for the minimum was because of the processing fees I offered to pay a quarter knowing the most they are legally allowed to be charged is .21 cents. He said he "wasn't allowed to do that". Well ACTUALLY what you're NOT allowed to do is a charge a fee or minimum for debit cards. That's illegal. I was forced to spend double on some stupid cooking wine if I don't need too. We have plenty of wine at the house I didn't want not need anything else. But due to being rushed for time was forced to freaking go against my will. The best part was how rude he was while enforcing an illegal minimum on debit cards. I refuse to go somewhere that treats customers like that. I offered to give him .25 cents to cover the charge that is beyond nice especially considering I would be aiding and abetting a criminal act. Don't go there the service is God awful there are soooooo many better options next door. Not worth it. And for more information on what is and isn't legal see below :
