After a bad first experience i will have to admit Bonaroo has a great owner that stands behind his work. We had an issue with a tatoo that was done but the owner contacted us and took time out of his lunch to correct the tatoo and make us satisfied customer.

I can't believe you guys are even in business. I can't believe the tattoo I got. I lost most of the color I had, and it was so bad I didn't want to even bother coming back to you for a touch up...I went elsewhere. I would NEVER recommmend you to ANYONE...I went to a place that recommended that I have it removed because a cover-up would make it look worse. Thanks Bonaroo...I got $150 tattoo, and it will cost 5x that much to get the crap off my body. How do you sleep at night knowing you do this to people?

The artist that inked my first tattoo was Dirk. He was outstanding from start to finish, i.e., readying the image of the celtic cross, preparing the equipment for starting the tattooing process, precise with the tattooing resulting in a great job and great atmosphere all the way to the finish. Throughout the session, Dirk and I conversed about various subjects and the time passed without me ever feeling any pain or discomfort during the tattooing process. My tattoo looks phenomenal thanks to the close attention and professionalism Dirk paid during the tattooing session. His instructions for taking care of the tattoo were very precise and I have not had any problems with it. By virtue of my great experience with Dirk, I highly recommend that if you are in the Aurora, CO area stop by and visit with Dirk and if you decide you want a tattoo Dirk is your man. Great experience.
