The worst experience I ever had was when I was seen by Dr. Franck Belibi. He was rude, his breath had a horrible stench. He was outright mean to me. The very first thing he said to me, when he came into the room, was I was fat. He didn't even attempt to be tactful about it in any way. He called me a liar. Besides the pathetic fact, the waiting room was filthy. There was trash and candy wrappers all over the floor. The two receptionists were sitting there gossipping instead of keeping the office clean and picked up for the patients comfort. I was extremely uncomfortable when I arrived for my appointment and found the waiting room such a mess. That did not compare to the absolutely horrific way Dr. Franck Belibi treated me. It was definitely the worst Dr. visit I have ever had the unpleasantness of encountering. I can't believe he is in business, if I am any indication of how he treats his patients. He has NO BUSINESS practicing medicine with his terrible and mean spirited way he carries himself.
