Wish I could say the same as kiki, within a few days after the fence was completed late fall 2013, one cedar picket cracked , was replaced, I sealed the entire 200 feet with a good sealer, about a month later more pickets started to crack, e-mailed the company 2 times , no response , called and talked with a rep , no response , e-mailed again mentioning that now have over 24 picket boards cracked and countless others warped and shrunk , gates with 3/4 to one inch gaps at latch posts, warped gates, requested all pickets be replaced, after that did get a reply from Gary that the supplier Master Halco would be involved, so I e-mailed them , didn't seem to be too concerned,( mentioned they met industrial standards) after getting another fence company involved, he told me that he too had bought wood from them , after having to repair several jobs due to bad materials , he no longer buys from Master Halco, he found that they ship their wood in plastic and wet, so when it dries cracking , warping , splitting can occur and the pickets he uses are about 1/4 inch thicker , he agreed with the only proper repair is to replaced and reseal the fence pickets ( over 700 of them ) using better wood and not from "MASTER HALCO" will update if this is done , if not repaired properly will have to pursue further action, this was not a cheap project ( I don't think aside from what I am told " this meets industrial standards " this would not be acceptable to the majority of customers)

In all my dealings with obtaining bids from fence contractors, America Fence always stood out in front. The owner, Gary, listened, actually heard what I said, cared, and followed through on his promises. The fence that was replaced is very strong, substantial and beautiful. The workmanship, the time they took to construct it and quality products used reflect their integrity. The alignment of the posts, rails and pickets is perfect, especially considering the land slopes involved. The pickets are placed closely together, as promised. I'm very pleased with the new fence and would highly recommend them to anyone.
