Customer service appears to be a priority here. I bought a back-lit glass wall picture (from Goodwill) with a bad circuit board and I called Advanced Assembly and left a message too see if they could help me. Erin (the regional account manager) called me back shortly after and we decided that my little project was a bit to small for them. She got my email address and she got back to me later that day after she had called around finding someone to help me. Seeing as how there was little for her to gain out of this. The customer service was appreciated and this comment is the least I could do.
