Central Oregon Tent Rentals pride ourselves on helping our clients. We always try to supply our clients with the equipment we have. Sara Harris called at a time when we were not able to help and are sorry for that! But to write a review agaist us for trying to help her is outrageous and absurd. We resrve the right to rent to who, and what, we rent to who we want. I am sorry we could not help but that is life at times. We offered to rent chairs with our tents and she didn't want that. We are a tent rental company first party suplies go with our tents. We do at times rent tables and chairs separate from our tents but at this time it did not seem to be in the best interest to do so we offered a way she could get them. I feel sorry, and in no way ever intent to make a client disappionted in us and feel she had pleanty of time to call other rental places in Central Oregon to get chairs. I wanted to rent 100 or so white folding chairs and was glad to see someone had this service in the Madras area. However when I called they told me they only rent chairs if you also rent a tent. How disappointing. Our wedding is outside under trees and we only need the chairs. I was very surprised in this economy they wouldn't jump at the chance for any business they could get.
