Personable and responsive. Quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired it. Very reasonable pricing, saved us a good chunk of change compared to another repair company whose answer was "replace the washer". Highly recommend.

Mark (and 'Ma' ) was fast, knew his stuff and very personable. Even took his shoes off at the door! Offered me options and solutions. He quoted half hour rates and sure enough, got 'er done in half hour!



I'll definitely call Ma & Pa again!
