Express Septic Pumping

I was looking for someone to pump our septic pump. I just picked someone out of the phone book. I picked Express. I called and told Randy that I had no idea how often I was suppose to have my septic cleanned. He asked me how many people lived in the home and if we both worked outside the home. He was very honest and told me I could wait another year or maybe even two! I will definatley call him next year and refer him to anyone that ask.

The owner is very nice. He was very quick to respond when I left him a message. He is friendly, provided us with great customer service, and quickly emptied our tank and put the lids back on. We were very pleased at the level of service and will use him again in the future. I felt sorry for him having to empty our tank is 100+ degree weather, but needless to say, he didn't seem to mind. He obviously enjoys his job and enjoys working with people.



He went above and beyond and recommended a service shop for our blower. That saved us several hundreds of dollars. I was extremely greatful!!!



Bottom line, I would highly recommend this guy.
