If I could give a 0 I would. My sister chose this bridal shop for her bridesmaids dresses. We were told to send our measurements and they would pick our size according to the size chart since we are all in Miami. For starters the order sat there for 30 days before being placed and the young girls response when I asked her why it took 30 days to place the order she responded because they were busy and it was prom season. Fast forward to receiving the dresses. They took it upon themselves to size everyone’s dress up without consent. Some girls got dresses 2 sizes bigger. When I called to complain not one apology was given and basically said they all needed to be altered regardless. Super unprofessional would not recommend to anyone. The dresses were over $250 and now everyone has to pay extra to get them altered. And no time to return or exchange since the order sat there for a month without being placed.
