We paid Mr. Palmer more than 6 thousands dollars to replace roof for our 1100sf ranch home. He subcontracted the work and skipped many steps. Consequently the roof he put on, which he gave life time warantee start leaking badly in just eight years and cause some major water damages. They also no longer honor their promise and warantee. Stay away.
