I don't think anybody at this dealership knows what they are doing. They will tell you anything to make a sell and then not stand behind it.

If this review had a option for a NEGATIVE amount of stars I would have put -5. I have had nothing but issues with this dealership & their services since I bought my BRAND NEW car in Sept 2014. So far I had the radio screen fixed 2x,a seat belt issue,& I've had my rear view mirror to completely fall off.All of these were DEFECTS on a brand new car that I purchased with less than 20 miles on it. Indeed they did "replace" my windshield, to my surprise this morning after a rain storm I went out to my car & my dashboard was soaking wet from a leak from the wind shield, which was replaced less than 1yr ago. I am beyond frustrated with Chevrolet as a company & Milton Ruben as a dealership. If I could do it all over again I would take my money somewhere else &experience much better services and deal with a company that makes sure that their company sells quality cars & that their customers are satisfied. Trust & believe you do not want to end up w/ a lemon on your hands like me.

Well, being lied to tends to make you dissatisfied with your experience at any place of business. This is just one of the issues I have dealt with during my experience with Milton Ruben. I bought a 2014 Jeep Cherokee in September of 2014. I had numerous issues with my car. After a transmission and engine replacement Chrysler finally decided to deem my car a lemon. Chrysler approved me for a vehicle replacement and put me in contact with Milton Rubens Sales Manager Robert Law. My fiancé and I picked out a 2015 Jeep Wrangler Sport(red) that was in transit. The next day Robert Law contacted me to verify that was indeed the vehicle I wanted so he could submit necessary paper work to the company handling the replacement process. I was told as soon as the car came in Milton Ruben would contact me to finalize the remaining paper work. I never received a phone call, but noticed the 2015 Jeep Wrangler had arrived at Milton Ruben via their web site. I called the sales man to make sure he knew it had arrived. However he said he could not find the car on the lot. I drove to Milton Ruben to see what was going on and when I asked the Sales Manager Robert Law where it was, He told me they sold it last night. I told him that is not acceptable being that he and the GM Robbie Newman assured me (via telephone, 10 days prior to this) that all the necessary paper work had been submitted and that I was good to go. Robert Law proceeded to tell me,"Things Happen". My fiancé and I have been through a lot dealing with a bad car and going through the lengthy and time consuming process of getting our bad car replaced. It really irritates me to be treated like this after all I have been through with Milton Ruben. I expect to be treated with respect and sympathy, especially given my situation.

Would never recommend this shop or dealer to anyone. My 2010 Dodge had to be taken into this shop 4 times, and every time it was brought back to me I was told I was a liar and the car was not broke, before they took 30 days to fix it. No one would call us to inform us on any repairs, we had to call them. We were told to contact Dodge about warranty coverage and that they would contact area manager with dodge for us, that was never done. We were told "half truths" for 30 days with this shop and were told we were the liars. They told us to quote "we are only required to fix the car, we did that, we will do nothing more" they care NOTHING about customer service or dealing with poor customer service.

Also spilled oil all over my engine that they refused to clean when I picked up the car. I also dropped the car off with a full tank of gas, after they drove 300 miles on my car they also refused to put any gas in it when I picked it up.

I have been trying to find a mechanic for about 2 weeks now and I keep getting the brush off, I feel its because I am a women, I have even had ppl hand up on me in the middle of our conversation. Anyways this place had me on hold and never picked back up and all I wanted is a question to one answer and when I would be able to drop my vehicle off. Gosh this is so frustrating.
