Dr. Claeys is great. I found that she was genuinely sweet and concerned that I was comfortable, always asking if I was "okay" during my filling. So if an availability opens up, I would definitely take it.

Dr. Claeys is the most personable dentist ever. The first visit she treated me as though she had known me all my life. I couldn't ask for a better dental provider OR friend. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs.

This provider has so much helpful information available online. They have an impressive website that's easy to use, with forms that you can fill out before your appointment. They also have a great online presence in multiple directories. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I'm very confident that my health is their top priority, and I know they would never recommend any sort of dental procedure that I didn't need. I trust them completely.

I have had great results with Dr. Claeys dental office. Everything went smoothly. They dealt with my insurance which made my experience less stressful. The office staff and dentist were all super and the work that I had done turned out great. Couldn't ask for anything better.

They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. The chair that I sat in during my dental procedure was so comfortable. It was honestly one of the most comfortable chairs I've ever been in. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want.

Dr. Claeys and the staff are excellent! Love the environment and every staff member are kind and very professional. I will certainly be back!

I have always been scared of the dentist office, but Dr. Claeys made that fear go away. She was really great and gentle, something that is very important to me.

I have had a number of procedures, from simple to complex, done by Dr. Claeys over the past twenty years or so. I have never found her or her staff (or the dental work) to be anything but excellent. She is kindly, clinically competent and has a very sweet manner

I've been a patient of Michele Claeys Dentistry for 2 yrs now. It was about 2 weeks ago I had to go get fillings for my tooth. Dr. Claeys was very gentle and I didn't even feel the drill just maybe a little tinkling feeling.

I found Dr. Claeys Dentistry after looking for a good dentist online. After coming across all his reviews I decided to go with his office. His staff along with the Dr. are all so very friendly willing to answer any question's I had. I had no wait time everything was quick.

Dr. Claeys reminded me of the pick-pocket I saw on T.E.D. Talks. She distracted me, then stole my fear away without my knowing it! The lively banter between she and her dental assistant, Tracie, was a joy to behold.

I don't like dentists and just a though of having a root canal scared the heck out of me. Michele was really awesome and engaging, but the procedure itself was perfectly fine. I can't say I truly enjoyed it, however it was a piece of cake.

Dr. Claeys always makes sure that she goes over the procedure with you even though it could just be a routine cleaning.

I have been your patient for 20 plus years. Thanks for giving me my smile back and maintaining it for all these years

I had a great deal of pain in my tooth and I went to Dr. Claeys and she was able to vacate the pain without causing more pain! I am so relieved that I found her! I am never going to another dentist if I can avoid it! She is the best!!!

Dr. Claeys and her staff are absolutely wonderful! She is very personable and very caring. Always remembers her patients and spends a good amount of time with each one of them. Excellent and I always would highly recommend her to family and friends.
