I've been a customer many times before a haven't had a problem with anything purchases.They are customer friendly and easy finance term.I would recommend them to family and friends.

Very poor cutomer service hove your car check by somewhere else because they act as if they have repaired your car and they dont. They are si nice in the beginning but once you off the lot you on your own poir mechanic service owner doesnt care about nothing but his car payments everything they claim to have fixed had to have done two weeks later after driving off the lot Wont Ever Purchase Another Car From Them

Poor CUSTOMER SERVICE, poor REPAIRS, poor SERVICE PERIOD! I purchased a 2006 BMW 325i (white) Nov 2014 and as of today, the car is pretty much dead! There was issues from the beginning that their mechanics "fixed," which resulted in the same issues two times AFTER they "repaired" the issue!! The experts (BMW dealership) finally established what the REAL problem was/is, which was an issue at the time of purchase! Owners very unprofessional & will talk to you like you're less than a human!!! I have never been so insulted to say the least from a BUSINESS!! Shop around first before purchasing a car from Fletcher or stick with an American made car that won't cost you another car in repairs & the such!! I'm HIGHLY disappointed & I have not received a dime of my down payment back or an apology!!!
