Very disspointed in service here. My gdaughter on 11-17-2016 is a 18 yr old nieve adult, she is a high school student an her only source of income is 250 a month . Being young an just turning 18, she let 2 grown adults convince her that her car was unfixable an took here her, did all the talking for her, picked out her vehicle, did not verify anybody income. She paid $1000 down and relied she can in no way pay payments an ibs. We have been on the phone with them within 14 hrs after her purchase to settle this an there outlook is we will just reposs. When we need too Very disappointed with a outlook like that. They admitted the other adults did all the talking an she was very quiet an they really didn't want to sell to her but the older adults said they would help her pay. No income verified again. Very disspointed in there outlook to reposs soon. I was giving a Web site by gov. Of consumer affairs to file a complaint an think I will try this. Very disapointed
