I was lied to by the front desk 2 days in a row, First lie, she told me Dr Bowman was on vacation when I could see him outside of his office pushing a patient in, we locked eye's and he smiled at me!! Second lie, I had to return the next day for surgery approval, Same lady called me and told me to meet the Doc between 9:30 and 10 and he would see me, only me because he was only there for a staff meeting and would clear me before he left on his vacation, I was placed in a room at 9:30 told he was there and would be right in, by 11:00a.m he still had not shown, I said enough was enough and had to demand my $50.00 co payment back, I use to think that Dr Bowman had his office together but the entire ordeal was unnecessary and un professional -5*****
