Absolutely HORRIBLE and unprofessional service, especially from the upper management. Multiple days when aides don't show up at the patients home and the agency can't find anyone to fill in. Patient is bed ridden and can not walk or stand and the agency has neglected her needs by not having anyone available. Without an aide the patient can not get her food, beverage, medication or toilet appropiarely with dignaty.
