I freaked out when my a/c stopped working a few days ago so I called this company and in less than a few hours, a technician was sent to my house. I was surprised at how fast he got here and got to work. He handled the situation very professionally and charged me less than what other companies in the area were going to charge me. This will be my go to a/c repair company from now on!

I am very impressed with the punctuality and the attention from the team at Performance Factory Service...My Refrigerator was not cooling properly and they explained why and the remedy....they explain everything carefully, also there was no charge except for the service call which they had warned me about.
