I had Roger remove a tree in my yard while I was out of town. We agreed that I would send him a check for the work when I returned, but I did not receive the invoice until I was out of town again travelling for work.

His crew worked quickly and performed the work that we agreed to, but had no regard for personal property. I documented the damage to my tenant's personal property with photographs (monetary value was minimal). When I attempted to discuss this with Roger (7 days later), he became extremely angry that he hadn't received payment yet, then proceeded to scream at and threaten me, then hung up the phone and refused to answer or return follow up calls.

It is disappointing that he could not conduct himself in a professional manner and is not concerned about the performance of his employees, or the reputation and integrity of his business.
