I have had tendonitis for years. All from an injury from when I was young.

My orthopedic specialist referred me to this place. After my initial consultation with Adam, a woman named colleen was brought over to look at my arm. I showed Adam where I had what I thought to be a "bone spur" on my writst but

the x-ray at the orthopedic specialist's didn't show it. Adam felt the lump and said it sure felt like one but could also be a cyst. Colleen sat down and belt this "lump" and began to press extremely hard on this lump as if to break it or something. I told her it was bone and she said it could be a cyst. She continued to press as hard as she could while rotating my wrist. It was very uncompfortable, but I took it because I know they need to do that in order to be sure.

Now Colleen turned her attention to my tendos in my forearm. The tendons closest to my wrist. She began an intense message and began to work her way up my arm. It again was uncompfortable but I took it. As she neared my elbow where I would say the biggest muscle is on top of a tendon, Colleen pulled my muscle and tendons out away from my bone and pinched the meat all together. It was extremely painful and after she let go it began to charlie horse and the pain expanded and grew. I began to cry and I told her that if she hurt me again I would hurt her. There is no reason for her to have hurt me so severely. NONE WHAT SO EVER!!!!! When I looked at her she had a smirk on her face. If you have ever been the victum of some one else's cruelty you would recognize this smirk. I began to cry. I started to leave and Adam said where are you going and proceeded to tell me that that is part of the therapy and all that crap. NO, I told him she did it on purpose. He said no. I told him she would never touch me again. I stayed and took the rest of the therapy. It was not easy and it hurt. I hurt worse now in a place I had no pain, than in the place I was having pain to begin with. I believe this woman uses her job as a guise to hurt people and says "it's my job." and no matter anyway because she gets new victums all the time. How do I know? By the smile and "goodbyyyye" as I went out the door.

I contacted other therapy places to see what they do. Some start you out with warm towels and gentle to more intense messages. Gee, wonder why Colleen doesn't do that?
