I had a shutoff valve for a toilet which I was unable to remove as it had been in place for 24 plus years. A call to Harold's to request they handle the issue & a very polite professional instruction of my error over the phone quickly solved the problem. No pressure by them to respond to my home and they politely told me to let them know if I couldn't remove the old valve. I was very impressed and pleased to have them resolve my $5.00 problem rather than convincing me I had a problem that required their service. Thank you Harold's!

Wow - what a great experience! Curt took the time over the phone to help identify the probable cause of my water leak in my upstairs bath. Not only that, he told me how I might be able to fix it myself. If I am unable to repair the problem, I will definitely call Harold's Plumbing. The company gets a five-star rating from me for honesty & integrity!

I went to Harold's in Auburn and talked to Curt the owner about replumbing my washer water outlet box. We setup a date for the job. Tom arrived on time, did a great job and the cost was lower than the first estimate. If I ever need a plumbing work done again Harold's Plumbing would be the only one I would call.

I had the same pipe burst twice in 5 years. Not only did Curt from Harold's diagnose and fix the pipe but also the design flaw that caused this pipe to be a repeat offender. That type of service is priceless to me and the rates are beyond reasonable.

I had a broken pipe on a Sunday evening. The plumber was there in less than 30 minutes and fixed the pipe. The cost was very reasonable.

They are Great from the Secretary on the phone to the Plumber who fixed my water heater. If you need a plumber i highly recommend Harolds!
