Our ac had a leak and thoroughly fixed and I have 100% guaranteed work. Very professional too. Best service ever.

I recently had a tune-up done on my Natural Gas FHA unit as part of preparing to close on the sale of the house. I have had Heritage do work on my system in the past. The scheduled work was moved from a Monday to a Friday due to an “opening” that they had. During the visual inspection of the heat exchanger, hair line cracks were discovered. I was also told that the motor capacitor was not within operating parameters as well. My heating system was immediately tuned off and written up as “unsafe” and I was handed a quote for $2,100 to replace the heat exchanger (which was under warranty) and included a new motor capacitor ($210 line item). I questioned why it cost so much for labor to replace a warranty part? No good answer. I also asked if I would find the $210 motor capacitor online much cheaper and I was told “I do not know I do not shop online”. Feeling tremendous pressure to get the repair done before the closing and having my heat turned off until the following Tuesday, I caved to the pressure and agreed to the repairs.

I subsequently found the motor capacitor online for $11.95 and the job took about 4 hours with breaks for several phone calls along the way.

Subsequent searches on the Internet and conversations with other people have turned up similar stories of what many would consider overpriced service. Do not make the mistakes that I made, use another contractor or get a second opinion even if they put you into a stressful position.

I got a four zone ductless AC system put in and they did a nice job installing the system in a day and a half. System works great and so far we are very happy with it.

I had scheduled an A/C Tune-up, and as always, Heritage was able to provide me with a date of service just within a few days of scheduling. Dan R., the technician, was superb. He arrived on time, explained the A/C tune-up procedure, and quickly got to work. Before I knew it he was finished. Dan's a great guy, a great technician, and he's truly an asset to the Heritage company.

Got a new hot water heater from Heritage. Dave P was the plumber who did the job. This man was a perfect gentleman and an experienced and knowledgeable plumber. I enjoyed watching him work, I questioned him all along the way and he answered every question to my complete satisfaction. He was also very conscientious about my carpets which I asked him to please keep clean, and he did.

I think my only wish is that prices were not so high for plumbers, but this world is a little crazy at the moment.

I had Central Air Conditioning installed by Heritage and their service was first rate. They had a tech (Jeff) come out to estimate the type of system needed and then their installer (Kevin G.) did am excellent job of installing the system and explaining the setup. I am overall very satisfied with their service.

Central AC was not functioning properly and I needed fast attention.

I had not used Heritage before and was impressed by their 24 hour support, beginning with the person who took the call and was able to schedule a technician for that day, and especially impressed by Service Tech Ace Peter Marston. Not only did he explain options and pricing to address the problem, but walked me through all aspects as results of the tests performed became known. Very thorough, and very attentive to detail and customer awareness of the situation. If 6 stars is an option, I would have selected that as a rating.

Bill L was an excellent tech. He was very knowledgable regarding the central A/C compenents in my home. He explained the parts needing replacement and why. Hope to see Bill L again when i need service.

Floyd D was an excellent technician, but more importantly he understands how to treat a customer. Friendly, courteous and ready to answer any question. Very conscious of protecting the customer's home while performing his work. Would recommend him to anyone.

Our whole house electrical review was performed with professionalism. Suggestions were made and an estimate was given. As always, service was performed efficiently, with professional and friendly demeanor. Thanks.

This was our first time using Heritage and they exceeded our expectations. We lost heat over the weekend and had not contracted with another heating company yet. They called us with an ETA, arrived when they said they would, evaluated the problem, gave us a price and completed the repair that evening. Dave C. our repairman was very courteous and professional!

We've used Heritage for all our plumbing and heating needs for twelve years and have been very satisfied. Mike S came to do our annual furnace check out and to troubleshoot our humidifier. As was true with all Heritage techs, he was courteous, professional and did an excellent job.

I had Tyler, Mike, and Mark S come out and do my new Mitsubishi AC unit. Joining them was Ryan C for the electrical. They were phenomenal! Not only was the job done in stellar time but they were able to make it look amazing. I can't be happier with the way things went today and will happily recommend Heritage and especially the install team that came out today to anyone who asks. Keep up the great work guys!

Ryan C. did an electrical work for me. He was great. Assessed the work I needed done and reviewed with me. Went to work. The reviewed what he completed and cleaned up and left the place like it was before he got there.

The annual oil-furnace cleaning ritual is nothing that anyone really looks forward to, but Heritage does a very professional job at it. Their service rep called ahead, was clean and courteous, and skilled at his job. He spoke with me regarding general furnace safety, and offered additional services that attend to those particular needs. We had our furnace installed by them just over a year ago, and it was an amazing transformation. The tech and quality has come along way.

Very good people from Heritage have been to my house over 10 years. Everyone was courteous, friendly, and happy to answer questions. I had to get a new boiler and Anthony and Kevin explained the new system so that even I could understand it. They were also mindful of pets and considerate to keep doors closed so that no pets escaped the house

Heritage is expensive, but they have always been there when I needed them with fast reliable service. Plus they always give options to help with your budget

Great first experience with this company. Rob, the technician, was friendly and outgoing, and he took the time to explain what he recommended and why, and he alerted us to another issue that should be addressed without being forceful. Will definitely use Heritage again!

Great experience. We wish we hadn't waited so long to call. In 30 minutes, Jamie fixed a problem that was ongoing in our house for almost two years. Not only did he fix it, but he took the time to answer all of our questions and explain what he was doing. We would highly recommend Jamie and Heritage Plumbing and Heating.

Trustworthy service. Not inexpensive, but you get what you pay for, and this company is worth it. Their technicians are friendly, explain what they're recommending and why, and alert you to other issues that you may want to address without being pushy. Plumbing Technician Rob Roy was sent to fix a sewer pipe problem and saved a future call by noticing a problem with the expansion tank on our hot water heater. Thanks, Rob!
