We had a pool and patio installed in the Fall of 2017. The patio collapsed weeks after installation. The pool liner floated and now has large wrinkles all over in the bottom after the winter. We have an estimated amount in damages of $20,000+. We paid Prestige Pools near $50,000 for a mess and headaches. As a result, we were physically threatened by the owner, Don Asselin and as a result have a restraining order on him. This company CAN NOT BE TRUSTED.

He will ask for cash payments instead of credit card and give several excuses why... We did insist on some of the payments being traceable which turned out to be in our favor as we were able to recover some of the damages from our credit card company. This still does not make up for the fact that the patio will need to be torn up, our new fence taken down, our yard dug up and so much re-done again. This was all due to Don and Prestige Pools poor workmanship.

As well, his workers damaged our property, on one occasion showed up to work "under the influence" and we were verbally accosted (screamed at by his son, Todd) when we questioned their "questionable behavior". When confronted with things, Don would try to make their problems ours by telling us their sad personal problems(while taking all of our money). We know for a fact that others are also dealing with the same issues with his company. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. BEWARE.
