This is your pet's day at the spa where they are pampered and loved. There is absolutely no rough handling or muzzling. If your pet becomes nervous or scared they get to take a break and watch another pet be groomed so that they know I am not trying to hurt anyone and that it is a very enjoyable experience. I want your pet to be happy and want to come back and see their Auntie Kate.
