After I "hired" them they said they made a mistake and would need more movers and so would have to charge me more. After I clarified that it would be unnecessary because the object to be moved is not as big nor as heavy as they started to think it was, they never had time to talk with me when I called and then stopped returning my calls altogether. I had to hire someone else after leaving 4 unanswered voice mails.
