i run an automotive repair shop in the area and sometimes when ordering parts the only place to get them is the dealer. i cringe when i need to call for hyundai parts because herb chambers is the only dealer in the area. the first time a order parts from them everything was wrong (thats right they couldn't find the proper parts with the VIN#) every other time the parts are some how on back order but there not able to relay that info to me until my customer ids expectimng their vehicle back. after heraing from my customers about horrible experiences with new car purchases i guess it's my fault I SHOULD'VE KNOWN BETTER THAN TO DEAL WITH A HERB CHAMBERS DEALERSHIP!!!!

sold me a truck they knew was unsafe,and when it finally "broke" a month later.They did nothing and offered me nothing!
