Paul thoroughly explained why we were getting water in our basement and it turned out we had more that one problem. He showed us how cracks in our foundation walls and the leaking bulkhead were letting water on the top of our basement floor. Then he explained why, after the heavy spring and fall rains, we were flooded everywhere in the basement. He gave us a quote that clearly showed how each problem area would be solved. Two wall cracks were injected, a small trench drain at the bulkhead and a sump pump were installed. Problems solved!!
