The first room they rented to me smelled like old smoke and something else unidentifiable. The front desk staff gladly gave me another room. The new room looked to be newly redone with newer carpet and tile. The bathroom fan sounded to be broken and the light didnt work. The shower had a big spider in it. the tub was really dirty. The toilet had urine still on the underside of the seat and dirt all over it. The bathroom walls had what appeared to be urine, all over them. The bathroom door was extremely dirty. I went to dry my hand on a towel and it had dark hairs on them. The sheets on the bed were so old and worn out that they were almost see-through. I questioned whether they were changed from the last guests, as they had short, dark, curly hairs all over them. There were no blankets on the beds. Just a bedspread over a sheet. Shortly after turning on the heat, I started coughing, sneezing, and getting a sore throat. Symptoms starting going away after I turned off the heat and left the room. I wouldnt have even given one star as a rating.
