I had Maple come out to repair my washer and dryer they repaired the dryer but totally failed on the washer.
The washer was not draining all the way. Al, the technician came out ran a cycle and told me to put vegetable oil in my washer to clear it out. That was a failure and now my clothes smell like oil. Al came back to “repair” the washer, ran one cycle, and told me it was fixed. The clothes were still so wet I could wring them out by hand. A second technician came to the house worked on the washer , didn’t leave a card or message to say what he did. I only know he was there because things were not as I left them in the laundry area. After calling several times, the second technician said that I needed a $300 part to fix the washer. I looked up the part it was $128 and for agitation and noise problems, neither of which my washer was doing. They are terrible do not go there they will rip you off!

Called @ 10:15 got on the list for service they called back 15-20 mins later they were here within 20 min

If you hate your money -- call this company. They will gouge you. Worst experience in many years using a repair person. $200 dollars for a $10 part and 20 minutes of work. The repair person was also rude and unpleasant.

I've used Maple Appliance for different appliances in my home and always have professional service and quality work. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family!!

Horrible. This Al guy who did our work. Pinched the water line so he could work on it,,great. Then left for the 2nd time with the line pinched...dumb. I call them back and the guy is arguing with me saying it probably was something else...really dude. come back and fix my line...that will be tomorrow...go some where else...totally unprofessional.

Think twice about using this company. There are better choices. Rude repairman and the won't stand behind work.

I called them on the phone and explained my dryer needed to be fixed. I told them that it would turn but it had no heat. The man on the phone explained that it was probably the element. He would send someone right out and that it would be $59 if I didn't get it fixed with them. The repair man got here and it was the element. He said it would be three days before he could fix it and it would cost $175. No one mentioned it would take that much time before the part came in. Why wouldn't he mention this on the phone since he knew the name brand of the dryer and he told me it was probably the element? And because I didn't want to wait three days I have to pay $59. What a rip off. Next time they should tell the customer we don't stock parts for your dryer, it could be 3 days, and you'll need a $100 deposit. Thanks for nothing.

My GE double ovens stopped working. One call to Maple Appliance, they came out, analyzed it, fixed it and I was ready to cook dinner that night! Service could not have been better.

I had the worst experience ever with Allen Appliance. Service and diagnostic are very poor. I wouldn't recommend using them at all.
