Very nice staff and Doctor. I've been to other dermatologists in the area that pick up the freeze gun as soon as they walk in the door. Here they talked with me, checked the spots I was concerned with then discussed my treatment options before they did anything.

Very poor client service. The staff on phone do not know what kind of facility they are providing thats considered as skin treatment in terms of dermatology field. My call was put on hold with my appointment query and was dealt with a very unprofessional manner once I refused to consider their service since the non clinical staff was diagnosing the medical condition on phone stating its not what they do. Well, the treatment listed on their website clearly says that Dr. Rona considers patient with 'such skin problems that I am dealing with' maybe time for the staff to have some professional training on client services.
