It took 4 days for my carpets to dry. They also left a tacky residue on my carpets that actually attracted more dirty and grim. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!

Steve Graham doesn't have to advertise and there is a reason -he is such a professional and gets things done right - all the locals know him and insurance companies depend on him. My Condo was flooded and I don't think my brother could have done as good of a job trying fix our place and guarenteed his work. Steve brought my attention to things about the condo I never knew (like I was air conditioning between the floors of our condo not the living room, because the vent was not attached to the duct work) and fixed he fixed the problems at modest pricing. Later I called Steve with unrelated issues in the condo he referred me to other people for follow up fixes, I have found you can depend on his referals to get the job done right the first time. They even allowed me to mail curtians to their office at Peaches'N Clean because my tenets mail box was too small. Who does that?

I also asked them to clean the carpets the following year- the office staff at Peaches'N Clean is so helpful (as always) and will work with you as well. I think they treat people the way they want to be treated-fair, honest, professional.

I was very pleased with their service and cleaning. Not only did they get there on time, meet my schedule they also did a great job cleaning my carpets. The office staff was so nice, I asked if they had any coupons and they gave me one. I may need to call back and see about their grout cleaning for my bathroom. They offer more services than cleaning carpet.

I can't say enough good things about them.
