Louie's is the best! I am always greeted when I walk in and the owner is very friendly. The catfish is the best in town along with the chicken fingers. Other restaurants fried chicken is slimmy but Louie's is not! I would vote 10 stars if I could.

I make a point to stop here when I come through Auburn. Right off the interstate at exit 57, it's easy to get into. The catfish is the best around and less than half the price of anywhere else. They cook it when you order it so you may wait 6-8 minutes for it, but it's fresh and worth it & the hushpuppies are homemade too. Will recommend to others coming through Auburn.
