We scheduled a meet at the location to get an estimate. As we were pulling up to the location, we called Humphries to find out if they had trouble finding the location. He stated that he was sorry but they had already left because they had an emergency call. Because we were on time, I thought it to be pretty unprofessional not to at least give us a call to inform us that they would not be there. I asked him if we would need to reschedule. At that time, I was told that they knew what needed to be done by looking through the windows and I would receive a phone call the next morning to give me a price for the job. I did not receive a call the next morning so I called them back that afternoon. I asked if there was a reason why I didn't get a call back. The guy on the phone said they didn't call because they were busy. Their estimate for the job was unreasonable compared to other estimates I've received since. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They were very unprofessional.

I had a terrible experience with Humphries. For example, he installed a light fixture over my kitchen sink. When I removed the shade to check on the bulbs, the entire fixture fell. Turns out Humphries had not securely secured the fixtured. Just a jack-leg job. In addition, he placed a shade on a ceiling fan. Only problem was when one of the bulbs burned out, I discovered Humphries had installed the shade in such a way that it could not be removed to replace the bulbs. Same thing with hard-wired smoke detectors that began "chirping" even with the batteries (that were still good) were removed. Now I have to hire someone else to come in and fix what this guy screwed up. I would NEVER recommend this guy to anyone! No

Mr Humphries is very friendly and an expert at what he does. I had a couple of electric outlets that stopped working, he fixed them quickly and put on a safer replacement. I also mentioned that my dryer sometimes would shock me, he took a look at the power connector and realized the problem immediately. It turns out that it was installed incorrectly by the delivery guy. He fixed that quickly too.

I was very pleased with Mr Humphries quick response and and ecellent workmanship. He was able to figure out the problem and fix it right away.

I want to thank mr. humphries for personally handeling this small job himself.
