Great food at excellent price.

I can assure you that you will not find better sushi anywhere in the Southeastern United States and that includes the finest sushi restaurants in Atlanta. My wife and I have gone to Fuji's at least once a month since early 2007. Their sushi is always, and I mean every single time, made from the freshest ingredients and impeccably prepared by seasoned authentic sushi chefs. Their menu offers such a variety of sushi rolls, nigiri, tamaki,
tempura dishes, teriyaki dishes, numerous appetizers, and much more that you will never run out of delicious new things to try. For the rolls, I'd recommend the Shaggy Dog, Bama Crunch, Volcano, Snow White, the new Lobster roll, but you will be just fine using the old blindfolded finger-dart method since they are all delicious.
