Provided by YP.comIt has been about 2-3 weeks since I picked my sewing up. I hate writing a bad review. He was a sweet man. I took my sewing machine in because it wouldn’t hold the pressure foot. He said it was the shank that was broken. He said it would probably be ready Friday. I went back and he said it wasn’t ready. He called in a week and said he couldn’t get a shank. Machine was too old. I paid $699.00 for it in 2001. I went out on line and found one for it. I took the paper in and asked him about it. He said it was too old. The plastic was breaking. He got my machine and said it was frozen and a piece was broke off. There was grease on the top and when I looked at the other machines too be picked up they all looked greasy too. I just used the machine to sew my brothers quilt before I took it in to be repaired. When I bought the machine I made sure I could use iron heavy things like jeans and such. I would never take anything to him again. For this reason I will give him a zero rating.

Provided by YP.comI took my sewing machine machine to be serviced and he did an excellent job. The owner is very kind and courteous. He had my sewing machine fixed within the hour. Extremely impressed with the quality of customer service I received. I will definitely be back!

Provided by YPmobileI take my sewing machine and serger to Jack. He's accomodating with loyal customers and very honest. Wouldn't go anywhere else. I've never had to wait longer than 5 days to get my machines back even though he alwsys seems busy. He's got great advice and takes the time to let you ask whatever you want. I've been going to him for over two years.

Provided by YPmobileTook my hoover steam vac to this guy to be fixed cause it wouldn't dispense the soap. Had it a week he called and said ir was repaired. Went and picked it up took it home went to use it and it still wouldn't dispense the soap. Called him he said we weren't using it right even though this is my second machine like this. So he said if we take it somewhere else and get it fixed he would refund my money. Now he won't refund my money because its been over thirty days. But the parts were back ordered.
Sorry to hear that you are having this problem. But when the machine left here it was working quite well. That was after 3 hours of service to remove all the old soap from the plastic tubing that the customer didnt rinse out before putting the machine away. Remember to always run clear water through the steam cleaner before storing this will end that problem in the future. Believe me if it had needed a part you would of not paid us below our minimum service charge as you did.

Provided by SuperpagesThis guy is awesome!! We had a couple of old vacuums in storage (plus one new that had stopped working) that we needed to dispose. He took them off our hands, gave us free belts and fixed the new one (complete service) at no charge. Very nice man, quality workmanship, excellent (above and beyond) customer service. It's nice to see that small-town personalized service and attention to detail.
