Question...how do I give a less than one star rating? Owner Gary and Gold Lion are horrible. He acknowledged a poor job and agreed to fix it. That was nearly 2 years ago. A couple of hundred calls later (I wish I were kidding--but I'm really persistent), and the problem is still there. With all the broken promises and out-right lies, I have no idea how he sleeps at night. Now, I will pursue small claims court (I told you I'm persistent). Besides small claims, I have to fix my relationship with two neighbors that I referred to Gold Lion, as they too are VERY unhappy. We all plan to take him to court. Free advise: don't hire them.
