WORST IN 31 MOVES

I made a reservation over two weeks in advance and put up a deposit only to find that I was not put on the schedule but my deposit was posted. I had to be moved by midnight and my husband is under hospice care. Although they acknowledged their mistake, Brad Horan, the area manager, said that was not his problem and they had no openings available. I told him that I would contact my attorney. HE LAUGHED. I contacted All My Sons Moving's corporate office and was told that the error with my reservation had caused them to change corporate policies for future customers. That was all. I filed a claim with the BBB and their response was that they had offered to move me at a discount. FALSE! They had told me when the reservation was lost that I would get my deposit back and they could move me later the next week. NO DISCOUNT WAS EVER MENTIONED! All My Sons Moving is unreliable and certainly not customer oriented. DO NOT TRUST YOUR VALUABLE MOVE TO THIS COMPANY!
