ABD has an ilovekickboxing site at it's location and i love going there. I feel more in shape now that i did 20 years ago. Ashley and Miranda do a great job motivating you and the rest of the class. Each class is about 1 hour with warm up to start and alternating rounds of bag work (punching and kicking) and conditioning. They finish with stretching for about 10 min. I have recommended this place to so many people.
