I am very honest when it comes to my experience and this place is great! Best place I've ever been to. I had a broken front tooth and they fixed it with no problem. I can't eve tell the tooth was ever broken. Definitely coming back here and get more work done!

This is a great office. The reception area was nice. The assistants explained my treatment plan and the doctors do give different options and recommendations just in case I was stuck with money issue or anything. I like how they run things here.

The entire staff is professional and personable, absolutely the best dentist place I've been too. The front office is helpful and the hygienist is very gentle.
I've been coming to Dr. Cheng over 5 years and I am confident in the trust I put in her work. Definitely a wonderful place, excellent service. I was pleased with everyone in the front and also the staff in the back. Everyone is warm and friendly, I always enjoy coming. They always do a good job, I always enjoy my experience.

I don’t see the dentist very much, but every time I visit, I’m treated like a usual customer! The staff really knows how to make you feel welcome and special. Very organized dental office! They will call you to remind you of your appointment the day before, which I find to be very helpful!

I love Dr. Cheng’s office! The doctors and staff alike are all very caring people and great listeners; in fact, they encourage you to share your thoughts and concerns with them! I never feel uncomfortable telling them my uncertainties! Bad teeth run in my family so I often find myself in the dentist’s office. No matter the severity of the problem, Dr. Cheng and her assistants are always able to find a solution. I trust them wholeheartedly with my teeth! I know that doctors/dentists often have a lot of patients to care for and very little time to do so. I have visited countless offices where the dentist briefly comes in to see me and then leaves the room before I have time to ask questions or express any concerns that I may have. Because of this, I was extremely surprised when I visited Dr. Cheng’s office and was given generous amounts of attention from the doctor. The fact that the doctor is not in a hurry to go see another patient gives me the impression that she really cares about me.

My family and I have been patients at this office for 11 years and we can’t imagine going anywhere else! Keep up the good work! I hate seeing the dentist so much, I tried to avoid visiting an office for 5 years. That was undoubtedly a huge mistake because I ended up in the office with a dental emergency. It took a lot of work to get my teeth fixed up but Dr. Cheng thoroughly explained everything to me and made everything less intimidating by doing so. I am very pleased with the results and I hope to build a relationship with this office in the future!

Great service, kind and patience all around! Down to earth people and love how they handle their work. Definitely very professional and personable. Give you the best understanding of oral health. Good part is that they don’t upsell you on anything that you don’t need. They really care about you and bond with you so you feel comfortable. As a patient I like to feel as comfortable as possible and they did just that

Well, I don't want to argue whether it is a miscommunication issue or not here, I will state the truth by updating my review:

1. This is the only dental office I had that asked to pay big extra owns money for a regular dental service. My dental insurance covered 100% for cleaning plus imaging when I had similar service from other dental offices.

The charges for my first and second visits from Cheng's dental office is $470 in total, and I paid $260 of them myself.

2. The doctor always asked me to do this or that treatments after a 2 minutes quick evaluation every time when I had regular teeth cleaning. Felt pushed somehow since I knew my teeth are healthy overall (from my other dentists).

I will not recommend your dental service to any friends of mine, unless they have the best dental insurance or they are willing to pay big money from their pockets. I had enjoyed your very reasonable and high quality dental service, and wouldn't expect to have any more.

The front desk (Lindsey) is very helpful, informative, and efficient. They call ahead of time to remind you for appointments and give courtesy check-up calls the day after. I think this is really professional they way they make sure you are okay after each visit. This is an excellent dental office! The staff are so helpful in scheduling appointments and rescheduling when needed! The hygienist (Thao) and Dr cheng are always sweet and professional

I have to drive 30 minutes to get to Dr. Cheng’s office but it’s worth it every time! I just love the staff and all three of the dentists! They’re such sweethearts!I really like how this office is never too crowded. I always get nervous when there is too much commotion in the waiting room. Having personal space in the office makes the whole experience so much more enjoyable! On top of that, I get great dental care!

All of the dentist are exceptional in their work and really show you how passionate they are with teeth. I would give this place a 6 star if I can. I love how excited they are to see me come back and do the best they can to keep me smiling .It was refreshing to see a dentist and the assistant to go out of their way to make something as unpleasant as a tooth extraction as nice of an experience as possible. I love the front desk and my hygienist, they're just simply the best!

I cannot pick up my phone calls all the time and am thankful one of the girls at the front desk remembers this. She gives me a quick text to remind me of my appointment. They are very attentive to details and remember what you tell them. Thank you for this! I am very pleased with Dr. Cheng and her staff. She is the best dentist! Wouldn't go anywhere else :)Very welcoming employees! They work with you and make sure you are satisfied with your whole visit. I will definitely be coming here from now on.

My cleaning appointment went well. The hygienist and Dr cheng were very professional and friendly. I'll be coming back to them every 6 months. Their schedule is always full, but there is no waiting time and walk-ins are welcome. Best cleaning I've ever had! Dr. Cheng is a wonderful dentist. She is very thorough and patient during her appointments. I would recommend her to anyone looking for an excellent dentist!

Dr. Cheng's office recently had renovations done and it looks amazing! The office is always so clean and gives water bottles to their patients. It is very sweet of them! Keep up the good work!Great experience! The staff was really friendly. They got me in and out in less than an hour! Thao was so gentle during my cleaning and Dr. cheng was very nice and had a grade dental skill . I will definitely be coming here for my dental work!!

I referred my sister and her husband to get their teeth cleaned here and they said they loved it! I'm happy to hear they would recommend others here too! Excellent dentists! They have a wonderful group of staff. Every appointment we have, they are always on schedule and make sure that we are taken care of! Best dentist ever, I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. She makes me feel so comfortable.

I usually only come in for routine cleanings and Dr. Cheng found a small cavity and I was so shocked. I haven't had a cavity in over 5 years and was really worried about the needle and my tooth feeling sensitive the next day. I had a bad experience in the past where my tooth was sensitive after a filling and then turned into a root canal!! Dr. Cheng eased me saying it was a very small cavity, which would be easy to fill. Thankfully, she was right. I felt 100% comfortable the whole time and no sensitivity afterwards! Thank you Dr. Cheng!!

Simple and clean office. They have great services all around. They are all very kind and sweet and have such a wonderful personalities. We have been going here for 4 years and has never been disappointed. They are life savers to my problems and can fix almost anything.

This is the best dentist office ever! The dentist are very experienced! And the service is perfect the timing of getting in and out is great. Dr. Cheng's office is well recommended. I advise anyone without a dentist or looking for one to come here!

Dr. Cheng is one of the best dentists that I have visited. She has been working for 20+ years and it shows! She is so attentive and caring and knows what's she's doing.
