It has been a great process, easy and quick! I am very pleased that I can see!!! I still find myself, thinking I need to take off my glasses, but I am not wearing any glasses! My brain is still catching up to the fact that I can see. Thank you! Why did not I do this sooner!

I was so pleased with every aspect of the Woolfson Eye Institute- Knoxville location. I received exceptional care at every level from the moment I walked in the door. Superb customer service, very clean, and an inviting atmosphere. Everyone is so kind and goes above and beyond to ensure you understand and are comfortable. I am still amazed at how smooth the entire process was from scheduling my consultation to the procedure itself. I truly had an amazing experience with the Woolfson care team. I have said it numerous times since my surgery- I would go through the entire process right this very minute, if needed. Lasik has given me an entirely new perspective, and I could not be more pleased with my results.

Awesome, informative staff! I had lasik on a Tuesday and was reading 20/20 Wednesday morning without glasses! Practically pain free during the whole process. Very thankful and HIGHLY recommend.

The staff was very informative and friendly. The procedure went smoothly and was painless. Dr. Woolfson was kind and explained the procedure well.

Every experience on every visit was pleasant . Everyone is very professional but also warm and friendly.

Expectations were thoroughly explained and helped me to feel more calm and understand the procedure and result. I very much appreciated the kindness of the staff and the professionalism as well as lighthearted humor.

Procedure went great, a lot easier and faster than expected. Dr Smith and Amy from the Knoxville office were especially helpful answering my questions even quickly responding to a text after hours. As for the surgery results, only one eye done so my bad eye is now good eye for distance which I am still adjusting to. Over all great experience and would do it again if needed.

I went into this procedure very nervous. The staff and doctor were able to make me feel at ease. I was very pleased with the overall experience I had. I have been extremely pleased with my results!

I would not change anything all the staff is very friendly. They let you know everything that they are doing when they do it so that there are no surprises

The personal attention and individualized treatment was phenomenal. I definitely felt they were treating me as a patient and not a case.

Overall experience was excellent, Lasik went smoothly and post-op directions were clear and easy to remember. Two negatives, I arrived before 8:30 but had to wait about an hour in the initial waiting room, longer than others getting surgery the same day. There were people who came in after me that were called in before me. Similarly I was last in line for surgery even though I arrived earlier than others.

I am only 3 days out from my procedure but so far results have been phenomenal. The experience at the practice on day of the procedure was very professional, friendly and informative.

The decision to have LASIK eye surgery is one of the best decisions I have ever made in my life. I wore contacts and glasses for 23 years. My vision was already 20/15 the morning after surgery at my post op appointment. My quality of life is going to be so much better!! The best money I have ever spent!!
