I HIGHLY recommend getting Lasik if you have thought of it. The freedom of being able to see without glasses is really life-changing. I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Woolfson and Dr. Lackey. All of the staff are extremely friendly and professional. I felt so comfortable and well taken care of!

Everything was wonderful EXCEPT the waiting time. I was told to be there at 8:30am. I arrived early at 8:10am. The first few steps of the exam process moved at a fairly good pace. But once I got in the 'Prep Room' for Lasik, I sat in that room for over TWO HOURS waiting for my turn for LASIK. I had to listen to that sweet little South African man's surgery speech to everyone about 12 times in a row hahaha. While he was very charming, it was absurd to have to sit there that long. My procedure did not happen until almost 11:45am. I do not understand why I had to be there so early. That was ridiculous having to sit and wait that long for no reason. I would strongly suggest that Woolfson Eye Institute work on the scheduling system so that other patients do not have to sit and wait for that long. But other than that, Dr. Woolfson and Staff were awesome and everything went great!

My doctor did not do the best job discussing all my concerns. Did not have as much personality. However the clinical director was very friendly and made sure I understood everything. Overall the procedure was perfect and the results are perfect

i think my contsct after prk was taken out too early. it was 3 days after surgery and causrd a tear that set back my healing time. it was an intern / assistant that took it out.

The doctor's and staff were amazing and very welcoming.

All of the staff and doctors are professional and personable. They were very thourough and delivered what they say they would. I am very pleased with my experience and results.

The BEST! I am grateful for finding Dr.Brody 's office. Dr.Brody and all the staffs are excellent, highly experienced, friendly, always on time and willing to work for your best. They always pay attention to every little things to make the procedures as comfortable as possible. I highly recommend Dr. Brody for everyone and you can fully trust them.
