This is the most disgusting excuse for a Realtor AND company I have ever encountered. The woman (Mrs. PAMELA Ware) attempts to put people in homes that uninhabitable and does not care about safety or cleanliness. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS WOMAN AND ESPECIALLY NOT THIS COMPANY. I can't believe she even puts in her lease "Tenant will receive house AS-IS condition". She does not acknowledge any code compliance is out for a quick buck. That is a shame that she exploits the ignorance of people who do not know any better. She should lose her license.
