Worst experience of my life!! I took my 8yr old daughter for an eye exam on 02/05/16, which determined that she needs glasses. I was told that her glasses would be back in a month from the date I took her for the exam. It is now 04/09/16, and my daughter has yet to receive her glasses. I've gone back into the office, and the woman with the glasses who seems to be in charge whenever I go, took down my daughter's information, again, and my phone number and I still didn't receive a call. I've called about 7 times, and I'm being told different things; It shouldn't take that long, it could take up to 8wks(which has passed), call when our shipment comes in on Friday(did that for a whole week and apparently they stop answering their phone after a certain time, and their mailbox is full, which tells me that they're unprofessional), and I was told that Wellcare decides when the glasses would be sent out. I spoke with a manager from Wellcare who stated that they gave the authorization on 03/1/16
