2 years ago I was sent to Wellbeings for a DOT physical for FedEx Express to become a courier. The doctor there passed me and so I began my career as a Courier/DOT for FedEx. Tjis past April I had to go and get requalified as all drivers have to after 2 years. Unfortunately I did not pass this physical because of a hernia and poor eyesight in my left eye(which I have had all my life).

The hernia I was able to take care of and fix but there was nothing I could do about the eyesight problem. Not even Lasik was an option.So I was taken off the road and had to go on Leave of Absense and then after the hernia was fixed I was put on TRW(Temporary Return to Work). I was told I would have to find something at FedEx within 90 or go on unpaid leave of absense til I did. I was able to find something but at a pay and hour cut.

Had that Dr not passed me I would not be in the mess I am in today.
