I'm not disappointed, but I'm not really pleased with this facility. My biggest issue is they have no respect for their patient's time. They will charge you $25 for a no show or for re-scheduling your appointment, or if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment (which you will be charged $25) But when you arrive on time for your appointment, you're not seen until at minimum 1-2 hours later. They are so expensive that my insurance barely covers them. I will be taking mine back to Dr. Bentley. This is not okay.

Just moved to the area from Alpharetta (big difference) and changed my children's PCP to this freak show, but the facility is horrible... My daughter was having a issue with her cycle, called to see about doing a walk in and I was given a appt to bring her in 3 wks out from that date... Took my child to the ER and she was admitted. They show no real concern for your children's health or well being. As I sit here now, it's 11:30am, my infant son had an appointment scheduled for 9:30am and we're just sitting here, no one has called his name, I've been up to the desk twice to see why we're just sitting here. No real answer. Time I leave out this horrible place I am calling my insurance company to change my children's pediatrician immediately. DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILDREN HERE.

My child goes to this office, and I am looking for another office as we speak. She has no manners when it comes to speaking with children. She trys to dumb down patients. Keep in mind patients are children 17 and under.
